ONE WEEK · 7 DAYS
A 7-day challenge, finished together.
Pick one small thing, do it for seven days with a friend, and keep the proof. A week is long enough to feel the difference and short enough to see the finish line from day one.

Why start with seven days
A week has a clear finish. You know on day one that the last day is next week, so a busy Wednesday is a bump, not the end. When the week is done you have a finished challenge and real proof, and you can decide what comes next: the same thing again, a little more, or something new.
“Do a week with me” is also a small thing to ask a friend. Seven days fits around holidays, work trips and school weeks.
7-day challenge ideas
Choose a target you can hit on your worst day this week. These are the same starting points you’ll find in the app.
| Challenge | Daily target | Counted as |
|---|---|---|
| Walk | 10 minutes a day | Minutes |
| Read | 10 minutes a day | Minutes |
| Drink water | Your glasses for the day | Check-in: done |
| Workout | 20 minutes | Minutes |
| Meditate | 5 minutes | Minutes |
| Stretching | 5 minutes | Minutes |
| No sugar | A day without added sugar | Check-in: done |
| Push-ups | 10 a day | Reps |
Want a full plan for one of them? See the daily walk challenge, push-ups or squats; week one of each makes a good seven days.
How a 7-day challenge works
- Day 0: pick the thing and the daily target. Add an optional before photo.
- Days 1 to 7: do it, then stamp the day. One tap; your friend sees you showed up.
- A missed day: the Streak Shield covers one, so a single bad day doesn’t undo the week.
- Day 7: you get a before-and-after proof card and a short reveal video to keep or share.
Start it with a friend
Send a friend an invitation to the same challenge, or start a small private group. You each keep your own days, see who has checked in, and cheer each other on. Inviting friends and joining are free.
Ready for more?
When the week is done, run it again or go longer. Every length from 3 to 365 days is available. Try a 30-day plan, a 365-day challenge, or your own 75 days.
Track it in Antamio
Set it up as Walk, 10 minutes a day, 7 days.
- Set the target once. Reps, minutes, or simply done. Pick the length (3 to 365 days) and how often: every day, or every 2 to 7 days with rest days that never break your streak.
- Stamp the day. One tap when you are done. Log extra reps whenever you do them; the total counts them all. A reminder at the time you choose, and a gentle nudge at 8 pm if you haven’t stamped yet.
- Miss one, keep going. Each challenge has a Streak Shield that covers one missed day automatically.
- Keep the proof. Take an optional before photo. At the end you get a before-and-after proof card and a short reveal video. Both are free to share.
- Bring someone. Invite a friend or a small group to the same challenge and cheer each other on.
These plans are general ideas, not medical advice. If you are new to exercise, pregnant, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, check with a doctor or physiotherapist first, and stop if something hurts.
