HOW IT WORKS
One challenge. Daily stamps. Proof at the end.
Antamio turns one habit into a challenge with a start and a finish line. You set a target and a length from 3 to 365 days, stamp each day you do it, and finish with a before-and-after proof card and a short reveal video. Invite a friend or a small group and you can see who showed up each day.

The five steps
- Choose a challenge. A preset such as squats, push-ups, a daily walk, reading or cold showers, or a habit you name yourself.
- Set the target and the length. Reps, minutes, steps or a simple done-for-today check-in. Any length from 3 to 365 days, every day or every 2 to 7 days with rest days that never break your streak. Start today or on a date you choose.
- Invite someone, or go solo. Share an invitation link with a friend or a group. They install the app. Free includes one active group total as owner or participant; friend invitations stay free.
- Do it, then stamp the day. One tap. Log extra reps whenever you do them. A reminder at the time you choose, and a nudge at 8 pm if you have not stamped yet.
- Finish with proof. On the last day Antamio builds your before-and-after proof card and a short reveal video. Both are free to share, and both work without photos.
Missing a day
Every challenge comes with one Streak Shield that covers a missed day automatically, so one bad Tuesday does not end a month of work. Plus renews the shield every week. Rest days you planned into the schedule never count as misses. A group host can choose a strict rule that turns shields off for that group when everyone wants the harder version.
Doing it with friends
- Partners. Invite one friend into the same challenge and see each other's stamps.
- Groups. A host sets the challenge and the rule, Gentle, Standard or Strict, and shares one link. Free owners can host five people; Plus owners can host fifty. Free includes one active group total as owner or participant. The owner receives a notification when someone joins and can welcome them with an emoji reaction.
- Cheers and leaderboards. Cheer a friend's stamp and see a consistency leaderboard for the group. Members see check-ins and what each person chose to share, never private notes or photos.
- Public challenges. Discover open challenges in the app and join them free.
Photos and privacy
Photos are optional. If you take a before photo, it stays on your account until you decide to share a card. Solo challenges are private by default. Public cards appear in search only when you opt a card in. Read the privacy policy.
Free and Plus
Everything above is free: three active solo challenges, one group of five, 30 days of detailed history, one shield per challenge, every card and video, and unlimited friend invitations. The one active group limit combines ownership and participation. Plus adds unlimited solo challenges, full history, several groups of up to fifty, weekly shields and reusable templates. See pricing →
Questions
What is Antamio?+
Antamio is a daily challenge app for iPhone and Android. You choose one habit, set a target and a length from 3 to 365 days, stamp each day you do it, and finish with a before-and-after proof card and a short reveal video. You can do it alone or with friends.
How is Antamio different from a habit tracker?+
A habit tracker keeps a list of habits forever. Antamio runs one challenge at a time with a start, a finish line and proof at the end, and lets you invite a friend or a small group into the same challenge so you can see who showed up.
What can I track?+
Reps, minutes, steps or a simple done-for-today check-in. Steps are entered by hand. Choose a preset like squats, push-ups, a daily walk or cold showers, or name your own habit.
What happens if I miss a day?+
Each challenge has a Streak Shield that covers one missed day automatically. Plus renews it weekly. You can also plan rest days into the schedule, and a host can make a group strict, which turns shields off for that group.
Do I have to take photos?+
No. A before photo is optional. Your proof card still shows your streak and totals without one. Photos stay private unless you choose to share a card.
How do groups work?+
A host creates the challenge and shares an invitation link. Friends install the app and can join one active group on Free, as owner or participant. Everyone sees daily check-ins and a consistency leaderboard, and can cheer each other on. Free owners can host five people; Plus owners can host fifty. Free includes one active group total as owner or participant. The owner receives a notification when someone joins and can welcome them with an emoji reaction.
Is Antamio free?+
Yes. The optional Plus subscription adds unlimited solo challenges, full history, bigger groups, weekly shields and templates. Prices are on the pricing page.
